Are your products USDA Certified Organic?
Yes. All FaBene products are made with USDA Certified Organic ingredients, free from synthetic pesticides, hormones, and artificial additives.
Are your products gluten-free?
Many of our products are gluten-free, including our lasagnas, meatballs, eggplant parmesan, and chicken parmesan. Each product page clearly indicates whether it is gluten-free.
Are your products dairy-free?
Several products are dairy-free, including our turkey lasagna, plant-based lasagna, turkey meatballs, and bolognese sauces. Check each product page for full allergen information.
Do you use grass-fed beef?
Yes. Our beef products use 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef sourced from sustainable pastures.
Do your products contain added sugar?
No. FaBene products are made without added sugar. We use natural ingredients and, where sweetness is needed, clean alternatives like allulose.
❄️ Storage & Heating
How should I store FaBene products?
All FaBene meals are frozen. Keep them frozen until ready to eat. Once thawed, consume within 2–3 days and do not refreeze.
How do I heat the meals?
Most products can be heated directly from frozen in the oven at 375°F for 25–35 minutes, or thawed overnight in the refrigerator and heated for less time. Specific instructions are on each product label.
Can I use an air fryer?
Yes! Products like our Chicken Parmesan and Eggplant Parmesan work great in an air fryer. Heat at 375°F for 12–15 minutes from thawed.

Do you ship frozen products?
Yes. We ship our frozen meals in temperature-controlled packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We currently ship within the United States.
Where can I pick up FaBene products locally?
You can find us at local Farmers Markets in the Los Angeles area, including Brentwood, Topanga, and Ojai. Check our Farmers Markets page for current schedules.
Do you offer local delivery?

📦 Orders & Returns
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us as soon as possible at the email on our Contact page.
What if my order arrives damaged or thawed?
We stand behind our products. If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
