FaBene

Italian Tradition, Reimagined for Busy Modern Life

Italian food, designed for busy modern life

FaBene begins with familiar Italian dishes—lasagna, meatballs, pasta, sauces, pesto and Parmigiana—and rebuilds them around a simple question: how can authentic flavor fit more easily into everyday life?

Our answer is frozen, ready-to-heat food made in Los Angeles with clearly identified ingredients, certifications and dietary options.

Tradition is our starting point

We use the structure and flavor of Italian cooking: slow-cooked tomato sauces, layered lasagna, Italian pasta, extra virgin olive oil, herbs and carefully developed recipes. We do not claim that every product follows one historical regional recipe. FaBene is an Italian-inspired food company with its own point of view.

Culinary medicine as a practical framework

Antonella's training in culinary medicine influenced the way FaBene thinks about ingredients, portions and preparation. Culinary medicine does not turn food into a prescription. It encourages practical cooking choices that can support a balanced lifestyle without sacrificing enjoyment.

Organic and Clean Collections

The certified Organic Collection and the Clean Collection are intentionally separate. Products represented as certified organic are clearly marked. Other products may use selected organic ingredients but are not presented as certified unless stated on the product page and package.

Choice without confusion

FaBene offers grass-fed beef, lean turkey, vegetarian, plant-based, gluten-free and dairy-free options. These attributes vary by recipe. We label them individually so customers and AI shopping agents can understand what each product actually contains.

Where to find FaBene

FaBene sells online, at selected Southern California farmers markets and through retail and wholesale partners. Our frozen format allows customers to keep a thoughtfully prepared Italian meal ready for the days when cooking is not realistic.
